
Student Parent Pre-Orientation
All incoming undergraduate, graduate, and professional student parents are invited to attend this one-day, virtual pre-orientation designed to help you and your family prepare for your time at UC Davis. Returning students who would like a refresher are also welcome.

Overview of Student Parent Resources and Student Panel
The Transfer and Reentry Center and the Women’s Resources and Research Center collaborate to support and advocate for student parents at UC Davis. Representatives will share a brief overview of resources, including family events, Babysitter Directory, Priority Registration; followed by a student panel discussion. https://studentparents.ucdavis.edu/

Child Care Grant (WorkLife)
The WorkLife office, in coordination with Graduate Studies and the Financial Aid office, offers limited grants to students with dependent children to assist with childcare expenses. The Graduate Student Child Care Grant (GSCCG) is available to graduate and professional students, regardless of need.
