
Student Parent Group Fitness Classes
Join other student parents in a series of FREE fitness classes just for you! Classes meet at the ARC (Activities & Recreation Center) throughout the winter quarter. Each class will feature a different format. More class details will be announced as the quarter continues.
Meet at the specified studio after checking in at the desk - you need to have an active ARC membership through your student fees or self-payment. You also need to sign the DocuWaiver and have proof of completion to show at the class.
- Zumba: Monday 1/20, 10am in Studio B
- Cycle: Monday 1/27, 10am in Studio A
- Pumping Pilates: Monday 2/3, 10am in Studio C
- Cycle: Monday 2/10, 10am in Studio A
- Total Body Strengthening: Monday 2/17, 10am in Studio B
- Yoga: Friday 2/28, 9:30am in Studio B
- Total Body Strengthening: Friday 3/7, 9:30am in Studio C
